Short title

Known as the Uniform Recognition of Substitute Decision-Making Documents Act

The act spans §§ 15-15-101 to 15-15-110 (10 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Uniform Recognition of Substitute Decision-Making Documents Act.”
