If, after a hearing as provided in section 31-3505E, Idaho Code, the final determination of the county commissioners is to deny an application for financial assistance, the applicant, or a third party applicant, may seek judicial review of the final determination of the county commissioners in the manner provided in section 31-1506, Idaho Code.
