(a) Personnel employed by the Prairie State 2000 Authority and transferred to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity on July 1, 2003 pursuant to Executive Order 11 (2003) shall receive certified status under this Code. (b) Personnel employed by the Department of Employment Security and transferred to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity on July 1, 2003 pursuant to Executive Order 11 (2003) shall retain their status under this Code and any applicable collective bargaining agreements.
