The Department of Natural Resources shall prepare such standards of forest administration, development and management as are necessary to insure maximum feasible utility for timber production and watershed protection. The Department shall furnish the federal government, or the proper department or agency thereof, such annual, periodic or special reports as may be required under such cooperative agreement.
