- 20 ILCS 820/2— The Department of Natural Resources shall provide for the employment of a trained forester who, subject to the supervision of the Department, shall have control of the development and administration of such forest lands
- 20 ILCS 820/3— During the period any such cooperative agreement remains in force, one-half of the gross proceeds from all lands covered by the agreement and to which the United States holds title shall be paid by the State to the United States
