Hazardous Waste Technology Exchange Service Act
- 20 ILCS 1130/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Hazardous Waste Technology Exchange Service Act"
- 20 ILCS 1130/2— It is the purpose of this Act to stimulate and support research, to provide training and to facilitate the flow of technical information on source reduction and alternative technologies for hazardous waste between industry and the research community
- 20 ILCS 1130/3— For the purposes of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Board" means the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois
