a. Each day on which tiedown equipment is offered for sale in violation of Section 4 of this Act constitutes a separate offense. b. Each mobile home installed in violation of Section 5 constitutes a separate offense.

Any person who violates any provision of this Act or of a rule or regulation promulgated thereunder is guilty of a business offense, and shall be fined $100 for each violation
