Illinois Mobile Home Tiedown Act
- 210 ILCS 120/1— This Act may be cited as the Illinois Mobile Home Tiedown Act
- 210 ILCS 120/2— Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section: a
- 210 ILCS 120/3— The Department shall promulgate standards and regulations for the manufacture, sale and use of equipment used for the tiedown of mobile homes installed in this State
- 210 ILCS 120/4— No person shall knowingly sell, offer for sale, or cause to be sold or offered for sale any tiedown equipment which does not meet or exceed the standards promulgated by the Department in accordance with this Act

- 210 ILCS 120/6— Any person who violates any provision of this Act or of a rule or regulation promulgated thereunder is guilty of a business offense, and shall be fined $100 for each violation
- 210 ILCS 120/7— The Department shall have the authority to enter at reasonable times upon a private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions related to the enforcement of this Act and the regulations issued hereunder
