225 ILCS 465/7

Any person who is convicted of violating any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor

Known as the Transient Merchant Act

The act spans §§ 225-465-1 to 225-465-8 (10 sections).

Any person who is convicted of committing a second or subsequent violation of this Act is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
