Upon the revocation or suspension of any registration, the registrant shall forthwith surrender all certificates of registration issued under this Act to the Department

Known as the Slaughter Livestock Buyers Act

The act spans §§ 225-655-1 to 225-655-9-15 (27 sections).

If the registrant fails to surrender the certificates, the Department has the right to seize the same.
