The act spans §§ 325–325 (10 sections).

Laws 1911, p. 129.

The purpose and object of said institute shall be to receive, treat and nurse such children whose parents or guardians may be financially unable to provide surgical treatment, as may be physically deformed, or suffering from injuries requiring surgical treatment, to the end that their physical disabilities may be removed, and that they may be thereby made able to become self-sustaining, instead of being or becoming, at some future time, public charges.
