Surgical Institute for Children Act
- 325 ILCS 60/0.01— Short title
- 325 ILCS 60/1
- 325 ILCS 60/2— Said institute shall be known as the Illinois Surgical Institute for Children; and by such name shall be and constitute a corporation, under the laws of the State of Illinois

- 325 ILCS 60/4— The management and control of said institution shall be vested in the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois

- 325 ILCS 60/6— Said institution shall be located in that portion of Illinois which may be deemed most advantageous
