All files, records and data gathered by the Department under this Act shall be made available to the Department of Public Health pursuant to the Illinois Health and Hazardous Substances Registry Act.

The Department shall cooperate with other State agencies regulating hazardous materials and may enter into interagency agreements for the purpose of administering or enforcing any provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations issued under this Act
