In addition to the remedies otherwise provided by this Act the Director is authorized to apply to the circuit court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary restraining order or a preliminary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of this Act.
