50 ILCS 20/9

A majority of the Board of Commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business thereof

Known as the Public Building Commission Act

The act spans §§ 50-20-1 to 50-20-9 (42 sections).

The concurring vote of a majority of all the Commissioners shall be required for the exercise of any of the powers granted by this Act. All records of the Commission shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable hours.
