Public Building Commission Act
- 50 ILCS 20/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Public Building Commission Act

- 50 ILCS 20/3— The following terms, wherever used, or referred to in this Act, mean unless the context clearly requires a different meaning: (a) "Commission" means a Public Building Commission created pursuant to this Act

- 50 ILCS 20/9— A majority of the Board of Commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business thereof
- 50 ILCS 20/10— A Public Building Commission shall provide for the proper safekeeping of its records, subject to the provisions of "The Local Records Act", enacted by the Seventy-second General Assembly, and shall keep a minute book for the recording of the corporate action of the Board of Commissioners
- 50 ILCS 20/11— The Treasurer of a Public Building Commission shall be the legal custodian of all funds derived from the issuance of bonds provided for under this Act and of all revenues derived from the operation of any project under this Act and of all other revenues from whatever source received
- 50 ILCS 20/12— The Board of Commissioners may employ such technical, professional, and clerical assistants as are necessary and expedient for the proper performance of its duties and for the accomplishment of the objects and purposes of the Commission
- 50 ILCS 20/12.1— Purchases made pursuant to this Act shall be made in compliance with the "Local Government Prompt Payment Act", approved by the Eighty-fourth General Assembly
