505 ILCS 130/11

The marketing program established by this Act shall remain in effect for 5 years and shall automatically be extended from year to year unless a referendum election for continued approval is requested by written petition of no less than 2% of soybean producers

Known as the Soybean Marketing Act

The act spans §§ 505-130-1 to 505-130-9 (26 sections).

The referendum shall be in accordance with Section 10 of this Act to determine the continued approval of such marketing program. Continuation or termination shall be determined by the same voting requirements for adoption of any marketing program set forth in Section 8.
