Mosquito Abatement District Act
- 70 ILCS 1005/0.01— Short title

- 70 ILCS 1005/2— Upon the filing of such a petition in the office of the circuit clerk the court to whom the petition is addressed shall give notice of the time and place of a hearing on the question of the necessity for the organization of such a district and of the boundaries of such district
- 70 ILCS 1005/3— The determination of the court as to the necessity for the organization of the proposed mosquito abatement district, together with the description of the boundaries of such district as fixed by such court, shall be entered of record in the court
- 70 ILCS 1005/4— If a majority of the votes cast on the question are in favor of the organization of the territory as a mosquito abatement district such territory shall thenceforth be deemed an organized mosquito abatement district under this Act
