Board of Commissioners
- 70 ILCS 2905/3-1— The district shall be governed by a Board of Commissioners, consisting of 5 commissioners
- 70 ILCS 2905/3-2— Each commissioner shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, execute a bond with security to be approved by the appointing authority, payable to the district, in the penal sum of $10,000, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of his office

- 70 ILCS 2905/3-6.1— Purchases made pursuant to this Act shall be made in compliance with the "Local Government Prompt Payment Act", approved by the Eighty-fourth General Assembly
