Known as the Probation Challenge Program Act

The act spans §§ 730-120-1 to 730-120-9 (14 sections).

The purpose of this Act is to provide an intensive program of educational instruction, as well as social and vocational counseling, to certain convicted criminal defendants in an effort to afford them a realistic opportunity to employ their latent talents and abilities and become contributing members of the society in which they live.
