- 730 ILCS 120/4There is created in each county having a population of 2,000,000 or more inhabitants, for the purpose of operating on an experimental basis, a Probation Challenge Program
- 730 ILCS 120/5The Program shall be governed by the Board of City College of Chicago
- 730 ILCS 120/6To the fullest extent practicable, the Board shall provide for the utilization of the facilities of community colleges within each county having a population of 2,000,000 or more inhabitants in the administration of this Act
- 730 ILCS 120/7The Board shall appoint a Program Director who shall act as a chief operating officer and shall devote his full time to supervising the overall operation and fiscal affairs of the Program
- 730 ILCS 120/8(a) The Educational Coordinator shall be responsible for the overall planning, development and operation of the educational training of clients of the Program and the hiring and supervision of instructors for the Program
- 730 ILCS 120/9The salaries of the Program Director and all supervisors and employees of the Program shall be determined by the Board
