Guidelines and form for reporting for receipt of certificate of cleanup; guideline requirements

(1) "Controlled substance" has the meaning set forth in IC 35-48-1-9.

(c) Guidelines adopted under this section must require that the department remove, in accordance with the time periods described in IC 5-2-6-19, the decontaminated property from any publicly available list of properties used for the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance compiled or made available by the department.
