(2) Make a quarterly report for public use that includes the following: (A) A detailed account of the expenditures of the commission. (B) A summary of the commission's proceedings that includes: (i) a statement of all contracts let; (ii) the name of the person to whom the contracts were let; and (iii) the amount of each contract. (b) The report required under subsection (a) must be filed with the auditor of state. (c) Reports created and filed under this section are public records.
