Sec. 1. This chapter applies only to an individual who:
Sec. 1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this chapter applies only to an individual who:
(1) has a developmental disability; and
(1) has a disability; and
(2) receives services under a waiver under the federal home and community based services program.
(2) receives services administered by the bureau.
(b) This chapter does not apply to an individual served by the long term care ombudsman program established under IC 12-10-13.
