"Covered plan"; reimbursement rate for early intervention services

Sec. 23. (a) As used in this section, "covered plan" means a plan providing coverage for early intervention services under IC 5-10-8-7.3, IC 21-38-6-1, or IC 27-8-27-6.

(b) The division may not be paid by a covered plan for early intervention services provided under this chapter at a rate that is less than the product of the following:
