Sec. 4.9. (a) The division may adopt emergency rules under IC 4-22-2-37.1 to implement section 5 of this chapter. An emergency rule adopted under this section expires on the earlier of:
(1) one (1) year after the date on which the rule was accepted for filing under IC 4-22-2-37.1(e); or
(2) June 30, 2024.
(b) This section expires July 1, 2024.
