Sec. 9. (a) Notwithstanding 405 IAC 1-14.6-7(m)(1), in determining the reimbursement rates to nursing facilities for services provided to Medicaid recipients for the July 1, 2018, rate effective date, the office shall use the report card score published by the state department of health on June 30, 2017, to establish the nursing home report card score measure of the nursing facility total quality score as set forth in 405 IAC 1-14.6-7(l) and 405 IAC 1-14.6-7(m).
(b) This section expires June 30, 2019.
