Effect of prekindergarten voucher on eligibility for choice scholarship

Sec. 11. Except as provided under IC 20-51-1-4.3(3)(E), the receipt of a grant under the pilot program does not qualify, nor have an effect on the qualification or eligibility, of a child for a choice scholarship under IC 20-51-4.
Sec. 11. The receipt of a prekindergarten voucher under the prekindergarten program does not qualify, nor have an effect on the qualification or eligibility, of a child for a choice scholarship under IC 20-51-4.
