Ineligibility to participate in program

Sec. 3. In addition to any sanction imposed on a provider under section 2 of this chapter, a provider convicted of an offense under IC 35-43-5-7.2 is ineligible to participate in the program for ten (10) years after the conviction.
Sec. 3. In addition to any sanction imposed on a provider under section 2 of this chapter, a provider convicted of an offense under IC 35-43-5 relating to the program is ineligible to participate in the program for ten (10) years after the conviction.
