Denial of application for detention; discharge; medical record

Sec. 6. (a) If a report made under section 5 of this chapter states there is not probable cause, the individual shall be discharged from the facility.
Sec. 6. (a) If the court does not approve an application for detention under this chapter, the individual shall be discharged from the facility.
(b) The report shall be made part of the individual's record.
(b) The application shall be made part of the individual's medical record.
