Sec. 103. "Health facility" means the following:
Sec. 103. "Health facility", for purposes of IC 12-10-5.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-10-5.5-2.
(2) For purposes of IC 12-10-12, the meaning set forth in IC 12-10-12-3.
