"Individual in need of self-directed in-home care"

Sec. 117.1. (a) "Individual in need of self-directed in-home care", for purposes of IC 12-8-1.7, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-8-1.7-2.

(b) "Individual in need of self-directed in-home care", for purposes of IC 12-10-17.1, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-10-17.1-6.
