Sec. 4. Each member of the council appointed under section 3(2) of this chapter has a fixed term as provided in IC 12-8-2.5-4.
Sec. 4. Each member of the council appointed under section 3(2) through 3(14) of this chapter serves at the will of the appointing authority.
