Sec. 2. "Administrator" refers to the administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Sec. 2. (a) "Administrator", except as provided in subsection (b), refers to the administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
(b) "Administrator", for purposes of IC 13-23 and the administration of the ELTF, means the commissioner of the department of environmental management.
