"Solid waste management"

Sec. 209. "Solid waste management", for purposes of IC 13-21 and environmental management laws, means the systematic administration of activities that provide for the collection, source separation, storage, transportation, transfer, processing, treatment, and disposal of solid waste.
Sec. 209. (a) "Solid waste management", for purposes of IC 13-21 and environmental management laws, and subject to subsection (b), means the systematic administration of activities that provide for the collection, source separation, storage, transportation, transfer, processing, treatment, and disposal of solid waste.
(b) The term "solid waste management" does not include activities undertaken at an advanced recycling facility.
