Sec. 2. Except as provided in IC 14-34-2-2, the commission shall hold all hearings under IC 4-21.5 and IC 4-22-2.
Sec. 2. (a) The commission shall hold all hearings under IC 4-22-2.
(b) The office of administrative law proceedings shall conduct all administrative adjudications under IC 4-15-10.5.
