Sec. 15. (a) The commission may adopt rules to establish procedures for the:
(1) transfer;
(2) merger; or
(3) exchange;
of commercial fishing licenses.
(b) The fee for processing:
(1) a transfer;
(2) a merger; or
(3) an exchange;
of a commercial fishing license under this chapter is one hundred dollars ($100).
