Ind. Code § 14-22-28-4

Investigations; denial of permit

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15

Sec. 4. (a) The director may have an investigation made of a complaint that wild animals are causing damage or posing a health or safety threat to persons or domestic animals. If it is found that:

(1) the damage has not been caused by wild animals; or

(2) the person did not comply with the requirements under this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter;

the director shall deny the permit according to the procedures in IC 4-21.5.

(b) A denial under this section is subject to administrative adjudication under IC 4-21.5.
