Ind. Code § 14-27-6-1

Application of chapter

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.20

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the following:

(1) A city having a population of more than one hundred ten thousand (110,000) and less than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000).

(2) The county in which a city described in subdivision (1) exists.
