"Reservoir"

Sec. 240. (a) "Reservoir", for purposes of IC 14-33-24, has the meaning set forth in IC 14-33-24-3.
Sec. 240. "Reservoir", for purposes of IC 14-37, means an underground geological formation that contains oil or natural gas.
(b) "Reservoir", for purposes of IC 14-37, means an underground geological formation that contains oil or natural gas.
