Confidential information; disclosure of violation

Sec. 65. The state chemist may, by rule, declare that information required under this chapter is confidential.
Sec. 65. (a) Subject to subsection (b), the state chemist may, by rule, declare that information required under this chapter is confidential.
(b) Any findings related to a violation of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter must be disclosed to the alleged violator before a:
(1) final determination is made; and
(2) penalty is assessed.
