"Certified applicator"

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "certified applicator" means any individual who is certified under this chapter as qualified to use or supervise the use of pesticides and has been issued a license or permit as evidence of the individual's qualifications.
Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "certified applicator" means any individual who is certified under this chapter as qualified to:
(1) use or supervise the use of restricted use pesticides; or
(2) use general use pesticides or fertilizer material for hire;
and has been issued a license or permit as evidence of the individual's qualifications.
