"Commercial applicator"

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "commercial applicator" means a certified applicator, whether or not a private applicator with respect to some uses, who uses or supervises the use of pesticides for any purpose or on any property other than as provided by section 30 of this chapter.
Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "commercial applicator" means a certified applicator, whether or not a private applicator with respect to some uses, who:
(1) uses or supervises the use of restricted use pesticide products; or
(2) uses general use pesticide products or fertilizer materials for hire;
for any purpose or on any property other than as provided by section 30 of this chapter.
