"Informed consent"

Sec. 190. (a) "Informed consent", for purposes of IC 16-36-7, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-36-7-16.

(b) "Informed consent", for purposes of IC 16-41-6, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-41-6-2.
