Sec. 341. "Stillbirth", for purposes of IC 16-37, means a birth after twenty (20) weeks of gestation that is not a live birth.
Sec. 341. "Stillbirth", for purposes of IC 16-37 and IC 16-49-6, means a birth after twenty (20) weeks of gestation that is not a live birth.
