"Superintendent"

Sec. 344. "Superintendent":
(1) for purposes of IC 16-21-8-1.8, has the meaning set forth in IC 10-11-1-4; and
Sec. 344. "Superintendent", for purposes of IC 16-36-3, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-7-2-188(3).
(2) for purposes of IC 16-36-3, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-7-2-188(3).
