"Comprehensive care health facility"

Sec. 67.1. (a) "Comprehensive care health facility", for purposes of IC 16-19 and IC 16-28-2.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-28-2.5-3.

(b) "Comprehensive care health facility", for purposes of IC 16-29-7, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-29-7-3.
