Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "WIC vendor" means the individual, partnership, limited partnership, or corporation authorized by the state department to accept a food instrument and provide supplemental food to a WIC participant.
Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "WIC vendor" means the individual, partnership, limited partnership, or corporation that has:
(1) entered into a WIC vendor agreement; and
(2) been authorized by the state department to accept a food instrument and provide supplemental food to a WIC participant.
