Sec. 12. If the body is to be transported by common carrier, the person in charge of interment shall secure a burial transit permit in duplicate.
Sec. 12. If the body is to be transported by common carrier, the person in charge of interment shall secure a burial transit permit in duplicate from:
(1) the local health officer; or
(2) in the absence of a local health officer, the county registrar.
