Distribution to school children

Sec. 2. The state department may not distribute AIDS literature described in section 1 of this chapter to school children without the consent of the governing body of the school corporation the school children attend.
Sec. 2. The state department may not distribute HIV literature described in section 1 of this chapter to school children without the consent of the governing body of the school corporation the school children attend.
